Today’s the day!

Sitting here getting ready to take off on my first flight leg to Chicago filled with gratefulness for all God is doing in my life! Even this flight is by His provision. The Word says, “The heart of man plans his way, but the Lord establishes His steps.” Proverbs 16:9. I can definitely see that in my life.

I’m so grateful for the many family and friends that are sending me with cards and gifts to open throughout the week, this that are praying for me and for Angie and Laura that are seeing that I don’t have to walk this road alone and will be there with me. Please keep them in prayer too as they’ve not experienced this before either.

First appointment is tomorrow morning with a hematologist and I hope to update daily as much as possible, so feel free to comment with encouragement, prayer, funny memes…whatever you’d like.
